Blinker light stays on

It might be a fuse needs to be changed

Already checked..it wasn't that

So what did you find out the problem was? My 2011 Elantra blinker stays on on-board when headlights are switched on and blinks really fast when headlights are off. Please guys help me out.

When My 2013 Elantra front passenger bulb was out the standard “fast blink” occurred. But when my front drivers turn signal bulb was out, the turn signal indicator on my dash shows a solid lit light, but you can hear the “fast blink” from the dash. In either case just replace the bulb.
