dead battery

battery died won't jump everything else seems to work as soon as jumper cables are hooked up but won't turn over

Some batteries develop an internal short and there is nothing to do but replace them. Do clean and tighten the battery connections.

Regulator or battery savor I call it on the firewall. They are bad about going out on Expeditions and Navigators.
