Can a broken/leaky fuel filler neck cause hard starting of the fuel pump

surprising, i thought that only the vapor retaining models after 2005 were succeptible, thanks

Your welcome. Change fuel filter since your there if its been quite some time. They make a big difference also. Have a good day my friend..
