No fuel getting to fuel rail

Need help can't figure out  how to get fuel in furl
rail

I've changed distributor wires pgf fuel pump relay main relay .ecu fuel filter .then I tried listening to fuel pump but didn't hear nothing so I took it out an hot wires pump an it made noise but not like wen ur in the car an turn let so it was faint
