01 dodge neon electrical issues

Cigarette port all of sudden stopped working after I
saw mechanic, mechanic fixed head light and tail
lights, checked fuses, all good, dome ceiling light
doesn't work either,front right turn signal doesn't
work either, car drives slow think could it be bad
converter, tends to get clogged, or alternator
sucking juice out battery?

if all this happened after seeing this guy then I think the problem is obvious , he botched something , I take it the light problem involved more than just replacing bulbs
