What would be the effect on my 2016 XJ supercharged sedan if I used the
same sized tires on the front and rear?
Bigger tire on the front and rear
Smaller tire on the front and rear

It would affect the handling. The suspension is set up for the tires you have. If you drive slow and never push the handling limits you would probably never notice the difference.
