I have a 2016 Subaru Outback, should my turn signals automatically turn off?

Yes, when the turn is complete. When I use the signal it never turns off. I can make a 90* turn and go straight down the road and I have to manually turn off the directional. The dealer said that year 2016 Outback doesn't have auto off directionals or auto locking door locks?
