Selling a car with a loan

Hello, I have my car listed on the site to sell, but wanted to know how will this
sell transaction work with an outstanding loan on the vehicle.  I can't get the title
until the loan is paid off.

Have the buyer come with you to your bank when they pay for the car, and to transfer the money to your account Then the bank can get the buyers info to transfer the title properly.

How much is it worth? More or less than the remaining loan? Weigh out the pro's and con's!
