97 GMC suburban k1500 starts very good takes off very good great excelleration. But cruising speeds it coughs . New fuel pump and filter, new computer.. Any ideas garages gave up on it.

Also forgot new transmission and fly wheel. Drove it from Florida to NH with no problem then the trans went so took it to a transmission place had it replaced. Then the computer died. And fuel pump . Now have this cruising speed problem. Rpms do not change. Just cough and ruff idol in gear but smooth in park.
