Multiple cylinder misfire/knock

I have a 1999 GMC Suburban 1500 4x4 5.7L
V8, it starts right up and drives, but it has a
multiple cylinder misfire/knock, and
wondering how to fix it asap....

when was the last full tune up, when was the fuel filter changed last, scan the computer for codes. how many miles?
