my 1988 chevy nova ate through 4 distributors in 3 months. my mechanic can not find the problem.

nova would be fine for a while then start stalling out. last time had to push her
home from a block away. nova will also sound deeper then usual.

I don't have the money for a new car. Besides I love my car. It was a gift from a special lady who knew about the difficulties I face every day. I don't find your answer helpful. I'm looking for a solution not a way to become homeless.
