1986 toyota sr5 turbo wont start cranks is getting spark and fuel .timing is set number one cylinder at top dead center

just replaced the head gasket.had the head pressure tested .replaced the
timing gears chain and adjusters and the wiring for the fuel injectors

I have found out the hard way when a catalytic converter gets completely 20r or 22r they will not start.
