98 dodge intrepid

My check engine light is on says catalitic
converter. Well they both have been changed and
oxygen sensor.  Battery disconnected  driven much
won't go off WHY!

If you use the low octane gas all the time try using the middle grade or better yet the high octane gas that is what I had to do when my check engine light kept coming on even after changing the oxygen sensors. Took about 7 tank fulls of the 92 octane but it finally went out.
