Sounds like maybe a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pressure regulator. Fuel filters are fairly inexpensive...I would try that first.

I am lucky...I have about always been a GM guy...but I do remember that issue from when I son owned a Dodge. Can't think of any way to make it easier for you...Good luck.

Could also be that the battery is starting to go bad, mine acted like that until I got a new one, have the battery load tested and check if the alternator is giving out over 14 volts like it should. Also try to ad a fuel injector cleaner to a full tank of gas.

Mine did that too, found out it was a bad ground wire...

Clean your map/mav sensor. It's located somewhere on your throttle body/air intake. That little diode measures the amount of O2 in the air and adjusts the amount of fuel to send to the injectors. If it gets just a little dirty it throws off the whole system. Squirt it once or twice with engine cleaner. Be careful though. It's delicate and expensive. It'll improve your mpg too..
