headlights wont turn on

The lights won't come on or they won't flip up? Check the wiring going to each headlight door assembly. Because the headlight doors pivot the wires are prone to wear and breakage. Also check for a burned out fuseable link down by the starter. Hope that helps! Jim

I agree with the above but that old could also be a bad switch.

Also check for rodent damage to wiring under the hood.
