2000 dodge caravan 3.3

My van hesitated like it was running out of
gas. When it shutoff it wouldn't start back.
Relay fuse was replaced because (it was
making a constant ticking sound) after it
was replaced the van started then shut right
back off. Doesn't seem to be getting fuel.
Any idea's????
