Every 2012 Buick Regal GS I find has Perilli 255/35ZR20 97Y P-Zero summer tires.

The only factory tire for the GS is the one you listed. I suggest before you purchase the vehicle, to have the dealer remove the Pirelli's and install 20" All season tires such as the Continential ExtremeContact DWS as an example. It might cost you a little extra but not as much as replacing them on your own. Good Luck!
