04 ford freestar coolant leaking from aux heater hoses and back up sensor

Today we took the van out and you can smell coolant driping on the exhaust
and when van is idling with out rad cap on and no heat on you can see coolant
coming up to the top of the reservoir and gose all over the place temp gauge
dose not get hot at all and my back up sensor switch gose off after backing up

I am having the same issue but I found out it’s the heater hose that connects to the engine to rear heat and the hose is discontinued and there are No replacements any where. I am currently selling all of these brand new parts.
