My Dodge 2003 won't start, the battery is fine. My friend took out my ASR fuse but I put it back. Car will not start. I tried jumping the car after I put the fuse back. Suggestions?

do the lights turn on in the car? are you blowing any fuses? check the #8 fuse under the hood have you made any recent mods to the car?
