2004 Dodge Durango

I need help! I want to buy a 2004 Dodge Durango
with 140,000 miles. Seller also says it has a rebuilt
engine ( hemi) so seller is saying engine has very
little mileage.  Is this true? Asking price $5,000.
Please help! I'm a single mother & need a car asap.

I have no way of verifying anything at all. Ask for receipts! BTW. All rebuilds are not equal. This could be a full on rebuild or just rod bearings and rings. Keep in mind a proper rebuild could cost north of $5,000.

Chances are they probably didn't rebuild anything and I would just go and look at the engine and check fluids and ask them how long ago it was rebuilt.

A single mom on a budget does not need a hemi Durango. For one thing it is a gas hog and on the other hand it is a POS!
