2012 Ford Explorer hazard lights wont turn off
I have a 2012 Explorer and the hazard lights came
on while driving and will not turn off. Any
suggestions
For the time being insert a tooth pick n beside the button till u can look at it

For the mode with touch buttons just remove control panel and locate the plug at bottom (there’s only plug) jump pin 1 to pin 3 with paper clip. Worked first try for me.
Bonin's answer worked like a charm. After messing with all the fuses with no success, I used a staple to connect the 1st pin to the 3rd pin and the hazard lights turned off. "2012 ford explorer with touch buttons hazard lights wont turn off"
Ok this might sound weird, but it worked for me when my hazard lights wouldn’t shut off. Take your phone charging cord, plug it into the car somewhere like you normally would to charge your phone, and take the end you would plug into your phone and touch the end to the hazard light sensor button. How I found this out? I normally have my phone on my dash board plugged in, and it dangles down just by the hazard button and it would turn it off and on all the time. This was for my 2012 Ford Edge.
