DO all jeeps have wind noise after the hard top has been removed? Is there a way to fix a slight wind noise problem with jthe hard top on, on an unlimited 2012?

Be sure the large thumb screws at the back of the freedom panels are bare finger tight. Anything more that just snug will bias the pannels to the rear possibly causing a gap at the front.
