Monday replaced valve cover gasket and now check engine light on?? Any ideas

1 month ago - I replaced my timing belt kit, full tune up and air sensor replaced. Monday replaced the valve cover gasket and 2 coils and today check engine light came on. mechanic said to bring it back, but wanted to have a heads up. Single lady on a budget and dont want to get screwed by another mechanic

Oh yeah its 04 Audi a6 quattro 2.7t with 78K miles

Get the codes read. That will tell you what system is causing the check engine light. Many parts stores will read them for free.
