Gauge wont move off C. Getting a loud ratteling noise when i start vehicle. humming noise when i press gas pedal. Lights dim out while driving an at idol. What is goin on?HELP ME

99 chrysler cirrus.. i put my hand on the engine an i feel the vibrations...im worried im going to throw a rod now smh...

Get the altenator checked the lights run off the battery if alt not working it can make motor run bad if not putting out the right volage or you could have a volt regulator n it is bad.

How long has the temperature gauge been stuck on C

I havnt drove it since tues morning at 5 am...i sat in parking lot for like 20 so the car could warm up...never did. I bought the car sunday evening...did errands all day...on my way to work at 10pm car stalled rwice started knocking...5 am gauge stuck on C...knocking worsened...drove home with hazards on.

You said you just bought it? do you know the people you bought it from?

Change the thermostat n check the tension pully it make a nocking sound when it is bad.
