Overheating problem

My 2000
Chrysler Sebring
2.5 keeps
overheating, I've
already changed
bypass hose,
thermostat,all
new gaskets in
water jacket
replaced o rings
on heater hoses
changed coolant
from dexcool to
regular coolant
car still has
power no water
in oil can
someone please
help me out

do your electric fans turn on when the car is running/warmed up????
