increasing MPG

Everytime I put gas, I always check on MPG and it never gets over 20 mpg on my Subaru 04. How do you put more MPG to this car?

Drive with as little pressure on the gas pedal as possible, use cruise control as often as possible. consider an aftermarket air filter such as a k&n.
