Milky oil when i turn A/C on...no a/c then no milky.

Car engine milky when I turn on a/c...when just no a/c on no milky oil. Now it pours out antifreeze from I think water pump. Its very questionable on if its head gasket and water pump. Or water pump steps of going out?

Not good anyways...but after 2 weeks a/c off it finally leaking anti freeze in engine oil. Looks like it seeping through gasket all the time. With pressure of a/c on or off. Oh well not good!
