where do I find the onboard diagnostic port on a 2009 KIA Rio

I can't find an image for '09 Rio, and on Kia forums there is conflicting information. But the emissions laws stipulate it must be within 3 feet of steering wheel and require no tools to access for all cars sold in US since 1996 for OBDII. Most are up under dash above your knees while in drivers seat, but the law does not say it can't be hidden behind an ashtray or cup-holder. Could be in center above shifter. This is a 2005 Sorento, as close as I could find.
