I am trying to sell a car, Why is it not being subimited in?

I have a pontaic G6 GT for sell, apparently its been siting in the Garage, to sell this car it requires I post it. however the site is giving a message "you have already submitted this form, please start over from the beginning.
sorry for any inconvenience".
I removed the car from the garage, says the same thing. Id like to sell this car now. Thank You
