how can i fix my sunroof from getting stuck when i try to open it on my lincoln 09 mks?

roof get stuck upon opening and wont open?

Mine does the same thing, it attempts to open. It tries to move on the passenger side but the driver's side appears to be stuck. You can't clean it if you can't open it.
