Sure, if they have cash. I don't get this, only a dealer would ask that...you run them through and either it comes back approved or not and you would know that. Unless you are "customer"..same. Run it through the finance broker, and it's yes or no, you as dealer are at no risk, if approved you get paid if not, no sale
