Could be the battery is not being charged eg slack alternator belt, faulty alternator, resistance in the charging circuit eg bad connections, damaged cables. The other reason I can think of is parasitic draw. If you have a multimeter which are very cheap you vould do a few diagnostic tests. Youtube is very helpful. Whatever you do you need to find the exact reason why otherwise you're just keep on throwing money at it.

... You would be measuring amp draw with the multimeter. If this amp draw about the acceptable amount for your car then you would need to stop pulling fuses one out of time until the end drawer goes back to normal and then that will undertake which Circuit you have a short circuit on . Are there any lights not turning off eg boot, glove box. You also need to test the charging rate of the alternator with the multimeter and also checking continuity of the connections between the alternator the battery and the earthing point on the car.
