Mountaineer 2008 Audio System

For no reason the audio system pops on and says "say navigation,phone,
media, tutorial, help"  If you do not say anything it then says "sorry did not hear
you.  Please say (the same list of choices).  If you do not respond twice it turns
off then a few miles later it come on again.

The voice activation system has been activated. Scroll through the menues on your display to find it and shut it off.
