Can I swap a 2008 Outback 2.5l automatic transmission motor into a standard transmission Outback?

I have a 2008 Outback with a blown motor (internal). I see plenty of listings for
motors from automatic transmission Outbacks and Legacys. Other than
trading the flywheel and flex plate, is there a difference?
