Dodge magnum electrical

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I jumped my car and it worked for awhile then the
electrical started to flicker then stopped working.  I
ended up bringing my battery to get charged.  
When I plugged it back  in my horn started blaring.  
Wipers front and back went of plus my fan on the
front of my car to keep the engine cool.  The
electrical inside still didn't come on
