2005 Buick Century Electrical Problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the water pump on my 05 Buick century. I did sit my mechanic set on the right side of the engine compartment. (possibly on top of some wires). Now my car starts when i turn key to on (not to start). And my instrument cluster won't come on nor my radio, the instrument cluster lights work. and the turn signals work along with the service engine light. I checked all the fuses that seemed related to it with no blown fuses found. Is there a wire under the hood near the top that would cause this?

Only thing I can think of, is there anything that might be unplugged or disassembled to get to the water pump?

The problem seems to have solved itself.. Maybe water got somewhere it shouldn't have? Later that night my horn started going off on it's own so i disconnected the battery. Today i put the battery positive back on and everything works fine, the horn started going off on it's own again today. i pulled the horn fuses and relays and it just kept going :/. It hasn't done it again as of yet.
