I am looking for a rebuilt 200 6 cylinder form engine
with automatic transmission

This one is simple--call Mustang Specialty Repair or Restore Shops- -you'll find you U or T code there but get a good carburetor as these motors have many "hesitation" spots in the acceleration curve
