Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have a 2007 impala LS.. the battery went dead
over night so when I put a jump box to it, it went to
start and the stalled and sense it hasn't done
anything. I have no power in the car, key is stuck in
the ignition and won't come out of park. Only thing
that turns on is the dash instruments and the radio
but the radio won't turn off due to the key being
stuck in ACC position. I have check the wiring by
the gear shifter and still connected, checked all of
the fuses and none are bad. The starter is good,
the alternator is good, also got a new battery and
still nothing. This situation has me stuck, I can not
figure this out. Can it possibly be the BCM failed
because the battery died? The RAP fuse is good
also....I don't know what else it can be, someone
please help!!

BCM probably. Have you checked the ignition switch?

Any check engine light? I would plug a reader up to it and see if it set a pending code or historical codes. Not to say it didn’t throw a current code.

Sounds like a bad ignition switch.Pull the steering wheel and remove the switch.

A bad ignition switch can take the power from the start car?? Again, I have no power to any on the car but the radio and the dash instruments. No door chime when driver door is open, no power to Windows, doors won't lock and no lights turn on. All fuses, battery and alternator is good.
