97 integra speedo and trip meters work odometer does not. what needs to be replaced?

odometer registers 2 or 3 miles every 60 or 70 miles. Speedometer and trip meters
work fine

If speedo ,and trip meter work correctly,it will be the speedo panel it self is bad,
