Pontiac fiery 85

I have a Pontiac Fierro 85 and I’ve put in a new
Battery and no power in car lights anything as if
the battery wasn’t even connected I check battery
after and it was completely drained ..

Have your alternator checked. Your new battery should accept a charge so hook up a charger while you are having the alternator checked. If the new battery drained in an instant, make sure it was not hooked up backwards and there are no other power wires shorted to the chassis (ground). Also check the main power fuses.
