power seats work but it stopped moving my seat back when i take the keys out

It used to move back when I turned off car and took the key out of the ignition , now it wont do that anymore , it will move to position when I press the set button number 1 and his seat position will move for his set 2 .

On my 2010 its a Setup configuation item. You may have mistakenly turned it off. Its called something like Easy Exit

MY 2008 MKX PASSENGER SEAT IS STUCK IN FULL RECLINE POSITION ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS STILL WORK HOW CAN I GET BACK OF SEAT TO RETURN TO UPRIGHT POSITION
