Headlight stay on when the car is off

It almost sounds like there is a short in your wiring. I personally think it is odd that your spedo would max and the indicators would flash. the drl and hi hdlp are both for the headlights. DRL = daytime running lights and hi hdlp is, somewhat obviously, high headlamp. the hi hdlp i believe goes to the dome light, but i could be wrong. is there any electrical modification that has been done? IE sound system, aftermarket lights, wires that have been replaced, etc
