Keep a bottle of pre-mixed coolant in the car so you can keep it topped off. Don't let the reservoir run dry or get too low. That should let you get around long enough to get the leak fixed. If the leak is coming from the head check the engine oil isn't being contaminated.

Yes, you can continue to drive your car, but at your risk! The first thing to do is determine where the leak is and what it is going to take to stop it. Is it a leaky hose or a blown head gasket or worse? You need to find the source first.
