My battery was being drained over a matter of few hours, I had buzzing noise under dash on drive side

Asked by paveeguy Sep 07, 2014 at 05:55 PM about the 2003 Jaguar X-TYPE 3.0L AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After removing the #10 fuse to stop
buzzing noise in car, which was
draining my battery over a matter of
hours, now I have no interior lights
no trunk light and my fan doesn't
work! My guess, is it a relay? If so
which one?

Be sure you have checked all accessories that are connected through this fuse. How about something like a power antenna? When they fail, they typically just keep running.
