I have a 2003 Saab 93 convertible the motor for the top does not work , I have a totaled 2005 93 convertible are the motors for the top interchangable

Yes, the pumps are similar, there were some styling changes between 03 and 05 but many of the mechanical parts remained the same. ( I had an 05 for a while, fun car ! ) Make sure you do a proper flush of the hydraulic system on the top lift since you are going to disconnect the pumps. And get a good quality fluid to go in the transferred pump. Good luck!
