2002 Convertible Top does not go down and I think needs fluid. How do I do this?

I have a 2002 Saab 9.3 convertible and the top will not go down and it was suggested that
I may need fluid for it. Where is the reservoir located so that I may fill it? How?

Can you manually put the top down? It might take a little muscle.

Buy a manual, read about the lever in the trunk so you can manually lower the top!
