the headlights are not turning on, highlights works though. Checked the fuses and it's all good, any suggestion?

unplug the connector to the bulb and check for 12 volts when you turn the lights on. if no power, then the bulbs could be bad. could also be the switch itself

Recall for this issue. It's your low beam relay under the hood, believe # 46. Even the fix isn't permanent, keep a spare one in glovebox. OR in a pinch switch fan relay with this one, same relay.
