Check to see if the lug nuts are tight and torque properly. If they are good, then you want to have the wheel and tire checked for balance. A tire shop can help. Maybe there is a broken or worn suspension component. Again, have a tire shop inspect the vehicle for you and offer a repair and quote.

What to do when it feels like the tire is coming off? I would stop and not drive it until the problem is fixed.
