Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The truck has spark from the coil but doesnt have
spark to the spark plugs. Wont start up but spins
over. Put a new fuel pump, rotary cap, cam sensor

why would waste time/ money over a pump when the fuel relay has to tell the pump when to bring the gas to the block?? It's the FR job to do after being told to do so when the key is turned to the on position. Remember when the key is turned their are multiple functions that are happening right away, correct?? Different circuits are doing different tasks ( such as battery juice and the other is the FR telling the pump, etc.)
