retrieving codes on 1994 park avenue

Asked by rethomas196 Jan 24, 2015 at 12:08 PM about the 1994 Buick Park Avenue FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 1994 Park Avenue & the Service Engine Soon light stays on steady. It has an
OBD2 (16 pin) connector. My scan tool communicates with 1996 up. Everyone I talk to
says I have OBD1. It is not a 12 pin connector. What scanner will communicate with this
vehicle?
